Our gnocchi are made fresh daily using local varieties of potatoes to ensure lightness. They are served in a decadent sauce of imported Gorgonzola Dolce and finished with toasted walnuts for crunch and fresh parsley.
Tips from diners
The gnocchi are like little clouds. The gorgonzola is high quality and not too overpowering. The walnuts are a must for the texture.
A textbook execution of the Bologna classic. Thick, fresh tagliatelle made with premium Italian flour and eggs, tossed in a ragù that has been simmered for 8 hours using a blend of beef and pork. Finished with 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
Tips from diners
The pasta texture is perfect. It's one of the few places in Eixample that really nails the traditional ragù. Don't forget to ask for extra parmesan!
A classic done right. Layers of coffee-soaked Savoiardi biscuits and a light, hand-whisked mascarpone cream. We use a high-dose of premium espresso and a dash of amaretto for depth. Finished with a heavy dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Tips from diners
Almost impossible to finish but you'll want to. It's much lighter than most versions. The coffee flavor is very intense.
A Northern Italian classic. Slices of tender veal loin are poached and served chilled, covered in a velvety emulsion of tuna, capers, anchovies, and house-made mayonnaise. Finished with crispy capers and micro-greens.
Tips from diners
Very authentic. The sauce is perfectly smooth and not too heavy on the mayo. A great summer starter.
A whole fresh Burrata from Puglia, served at room temperature to ensure creaminess. It's accompanied by cherry tomatoes roasted for 4 hours and a house-made basil pesto using premium pine nuts and Parmesan.
Tips from diners
A perfect starter to share. The tomatoes are so sweet they almost taste like candy. The pesto is very fresh and garlicky.
