Our most iconic sandwich. The pork is slow-braised until it falls apart, then tossed in a smoky, slightly sweet BBQ sauce. It's served in a soft brioche bun with a refreshing apple and cabbage slaw that cuts through the rich meat.
Tips from diners
The meat is remarkably juicy. The slaw is essential — don't ask to take it out! It provides the perfect crunch.
A high-quality take on the Philadelphia classic. We use premium beef sirloin, thinly sliced and seared on the grill with sweet onions. It's finished with a generous amount of melted provolone cheese in a toasted Italian-style roll.
Tips from diners
Unlike many versions in Europe, they use real steak here, not ground meat. The provolone is a great choice over the usual 'whiz'.
Our take on the Spanish classic. Large, skin-on potato wedges are fried for crunch and topped with a spicy, smoky tomato sauce and a generous amount of our house-made, garlic-rich alioli.
Tips from diners
The wedges are huge! One order is plenty to share between two people. The garlic sauce is very powerful.
We take the classic diner sandwich and upgrade it with high-quality Mediterranean tuna, Sharp English cheddar, and a hit of house-pickled jalapeños for a spicy finish. It's grilled until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Tips from diners
A very comforting dish. The jalapeños aren't too hot but they give a great 'zing'. Perfect for a rainy day lunch.
We have 8 rotating taps, mostly from local Catalan producers (like Edge Brewing or Garage Beer Co). The flight allows you to sample a range of styles from crisp pilsners to heavy, hop-forward IPAs, guided by our staff.
Tips from diners
Ask the bartender for the story behind each tap. They are real experts and can always find something you'll like based on your sandwich choice.
Chivuo's (Venezuelan slang for 'bearded man') brought the craft beer and high-end street food revolution to Gràcia. With a focus on 'slow food' techniques applied to fast-food classics, it offers some of the best pulled pork and Philly cheese steaks in the city, always paired with a rotating selection of local and international craft beers.
The Gràcia location is tiny and fills up very fast on weekends. If it's full, try their larger branch in Eixample which has more seating.
The playlist is always great — lots of rock and indie music. It's a loud, high-energy spot, perfect for a move night out with friends.
