Eat doubles immediately while the bara is still warm and fluffy. They soften as they cool, so don't delay—consume for maximum effect.
Come early (they open at 7am) for the best selection. Peak hours are 7-9am and lunch (11-1pm). Weekends are busier than weekdays.
They now accept cards in addition to cash—a big change from the old tiny cash-only place. Much more accessible than it used to be.
