Made with the heads and meat of local red prawns, these croquettes have a vibrant coral color inside and a deep, saline sweetness. They are wrapped in a paper-thin, crispy shell and represent the peak of tapas technique.
Tips from diners
These are incredibly rich. Order at least one per person. You can really taste the prawn heads in the bechamel.
Our signature dish. A thin-layered paella with an intense rockfish stock. It is packed with tender pieces of monkfish, peeled prawns, and squid. Named 'Gentleman's Rice' because there are no shells or bones to deal with — it's pure, concentrated flavor and convenience.
Tips from diners
The tuna is excellent quality. The rice is consistently 'al dente' and the flavor of the fish stock is remarkably deep.
Instead of a heavy custard, this features a light, airy cinnamon and lemon milk foam over a thin layer of traditional custard. It's finished with a glass-like sugar crust that is torched to order.
Tips from diners
The foam makes it feel much less heavy after a big rice meal. The cinnamon flavor is very delicate.
A sophisticated 'mar i muntanya' dish. Fresh baby squid are sautéed with seasonal El Prat artichokes and small cubes of crispy Jamón Ibérico. The saltiness of the ham elevates the sweetness of the squid and the bitterness of the artichokes.
Tips from diners
Only available when artichokes are in season (winter/spring). If you see it on the menu, order it immediately.
Bluefin tuna belly (ventresca) is briefly seared to render its fat and served medium-rare. It is paired with a smoky roasted aubergine puree and a touch of light miso glaze, adding a modern, earthy note to the seafood.
Tips from diners
The quality of the tuna is excellent. The smoky eggplant is a great contrast to the fatty fish.

The service is excellent — much more refined than your typical beach bar. It's a great place for a special occasion lunch.
Their lunch menu during the week is one of the best value fine-dining experiences in the city. Highly recommended for a high-quality, fixed-price meal.
